I grew up in eastern Oregon among the wheat fields. My dad is a dentist. I’m the second oldest out of five kids. We had cats. I wrote a scathing editorial about the state of the bathrooms for the high school newspaper. I graduated from Brigham Young University. I worked for the Airlines. They wouldn’t let me fly. I got married and had kids. I gave up writing for awhile. I finished my first novel and am preparing it for self-publishing.
I decided that writing is about learning. Everyday is another step in the journey. Somedays I take bigger steps than others. Ever onward!
I think in stories. It’s how I remember things. It’s how I dream.
